3M Global Customer Innovation Centers
From static showroom to strategic interface.
In collaboration with 3M and Design Group Italia, we evolved the Customer Innovation Center experience from static showroom to strategic ecosystem —a global network of immersive, interdisciplinary spaces tailored to regional markets while aligned with 3M’s global narrative: Science. Applied to Life.
These were not marketing rollouts — they were transformation platforms. Spanning seven years, 12 centers, 30+ design disciplines, and over 100 collaborators, we integrated digital intelligence, narrative systems, spatial design, and cultural foresight to build environments that inspired co-creation and provoked meaningful dialogue.

These centers were transformation engines. Each center became a living interface: shifting 3M from supplier to co-innovation partner, from storytelling to story-making, from brand as message to brand as embodied system.
